How it runs
- Fully austenitic deposit with essentially no ferrite, so hot cracking control depends on low heat input
- Sluggish, ropey puddle that needs deliberate stringer technique
- Heavy slag that must be removed completely between passes
- High thermal expansion, so distortion and restraint need planning
Storage and handling
Store sealed and dry in a warm cabinet, and keep exposure short once the container is opened.
