How it runs

  • Much higher deposition rate than covered stainless electrodes
  • Fast freezing slag that supports out of position beads
  • Bright, smooth bead face with full slag coverage
  • Slag must be removed completely between passes to avoid inclusions

Storage and handling

Stainless flux cored wire is moisture sensitive; keep spools sealed with desiccant and rebag or oven store any spool left on the machine.
